If you need to return an item, please contact us at (866) 889-2502 Monday – Friday, 9am to 4pm CST to secure a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We will accept returned items within 30 days of the date you received the product and we offer store credit for the full purchase price less a 15% restocking fee. To qualify for the store credit, all returned items must be received in good, re-sellable condition. Goods shipped for free (through a promotion, Sale items, Kits, Packaged Deals) are subject to the 15% Restocking Fee and the original cost of shipping.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Products must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging material. We recommend that you use a carrier that offers insurance as part of its service, such as FedEx. Returned products with missing parts or accessories will not be accepted.

We recommend laying out the panels on the floor prior to installation. Once cut or drilled during installation we cannot accept a return for any reason.

As soon as we receive your package, we will immediately process your store credit and notify you by email.
